How can I create an account?
Creating an account is done through the login page. Therefore, to create an account, start the login process, and at the bottom of the login page, there is a link for registering an account. To activate the account, you need to confirm your email address, and a corresponding email will be sent to the email address you provided. Additionally, for security purposes, you must immediately set up two-factor authentication.
Connecting a Broker
My Metric Trade uses external brokers to execute transactions. In order for My Metric Trade to function properly, the user must have a separate account on one of the platforms supported by My Metric Trade.

How do I pay for a subscription?
Stripe manages our payment processing, accepting major credit cards like Visa and Mastercard. You can also subscribe using PayPal.
Please log in to the app and navigate to the Pricing page to subscribe to any of our plans.
How is a subscription charged?
Subscriptions are billed in full upfront for the chosen subscription period starting from the purchase date. Your account will be credited with the appropriate number of subscription days. All subscription plans renew automatically on the anniversary of the initial payment date.
Can I cancel at anytime?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will not auto-renew once the remaining subscription days are used up. Your features will remain active for the rest of the subscription period. Please note that there will be no pro-rated refund for any unused time. You can easily cancel your subscription within your account or by emailing us.
Can I upgrade at anytime?
Absolutely, you can. Please log in to the app and navigate to the Pricing page to subscribe to a larger plan.
How to remove yourself from the mailing list?
To remove yourself from the mailing list, please go to the Unsubscribe page and, in the form that opens, enter your email address and click the button to unsubscribe from the mailing list.
